What is a blondie?
A blondie is a cross between a brownie (which has cocoa powder, more sugar and butter, and less flour) and a chocolate chip cookie (which traditionally has no cocoa powder, less sugar and butter, and more flour). The low flour, high sugar and butter ratio gives a blondie its fudgey consistency without the chocolate flavor of a brownie.
